Refund Policy

All bandanas are non-refundable. Because our products are made to order based on your furry friends size, we cannot accept refunds.

If your product is damaged upon receiving the order you must contact tuckandtinysbandanas@gmail.com with proof of damage. After your product has been deemed as damaged by us, a new product may be exchanged for a product in equal value or you may receive store credit for the purchased item, not to include tax and shipping costs that were charged. 

 

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. 

 

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 48 hours after purchase. Each product is handmade, made-to-order and cannot be canceled after 48 hours.
